We are based just north of Harrogate and as such are able to cover functions in Harrogate, Ripon, Wetherby, Masham, Knaresoborough and the surrounding areas. If your function is further away then please contact us as we will probably be happy to travel but it may incur a small additional charge.

To book our services:

  1. Please browse our website and select the items you would like to hire.
  2. Contact us here, or by phone on: 07794 864346 / 01795 692452 to check our availability
  3. If available, we will book the hire items in for you and email you a deposit invoice
  4. Once your deposit payment has been received, we will send you a full signed booking form to check, sign and return to us. This will esnure both parties are clear on the items provided, times and other details
  5. We will liaise with you regarding music for your function (if appropriate) as the event approaches
  6. An invoice for the balance payment will be issued 4-6 weeks prior to your event
Yes. All customers receive a signed Booking Form / Contract on receipt of their deposit payment. This contract acts as a receipt for the deposit and outlines all the function details for both parties to check. The only time a contract isn’t issued is if a function is booked less than 24 hours prior to it taking place, in that situation email conformation is provided.
Yes. We have full Public Liability Insurance and we are happy to send this to your venue for confirmation. Also, all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually and certificates are kept.
